The Pheasant Ridge 2025 Budget and Individual Unit Assessment has been mailed to all owners. Please expect this to arrive the week of December 9th.

We will be conducting yard inspections anytime on or after October 19.  

Please do not be alarmed when a Committee member walks through your limited common property.

Also, please look through your yard to make sure it is in compliance with our documents: entranceways empty, trash barrels stored in the back, etc.

Big Blue Bug will be on-site spraying on the morning of Wednesday, September 18th. This will be the last spraying of the year.

Please note: The Town of Smithfield’s trash provider’s truck leaked hydraulic oil on our roads and neighboring roads today. It looks like an environmental vendor has already been involved in the clean-up.

If you have any pets, we would recommend keeping them away from anything on our roads that looks wet.
