Please be advised that Asphalt Engineering will be on-site during the morning of Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

The contractor will be reviewing and prioritizing upcoming asphalt and pavement repair work throughout the community. During this visit, a representative from the Association will be walking the property with the contractor to identify and prioritize areas that require repair.

The contractor is not expected to enter any owners’ yards.

Please be advised that contractors will be on-site to clean our roofs and gutters.

What to Expect:

• Noise & Activity: Expect some noise from ladders, blowers, and crew members working around the buildings.
• Debris: While the crews will clean up after themselves, some minor debris may fall around walkways and decks during the process.
• Safety: Please exercise caution when walking near buildings while work is actively being performed.

Tip: We recommend moving any outdoor furniture, plants, or personal items away from the building perimeters to keep them clear of falling debris.

Representatives from A-Veterans Pest Control will be on the property Wednesday, June 10 to spray the buildings. If you have any pets, you may want to consider keeping them indoors.
