Recently, someone took it upon themselves to cut branches from trees along one of our community roads—and then left the debris right there on the street. Not only is this unsightly and unsafe, it’s also vandalism.
We want to be crystal clear:
No resident is permitted to alter or remove landscaping on common property. That includes trimming, cutting, or “helpfully” hacking away at trees, shrubs, or any other greenery.
Because of this unauthorized action, we now have to pay our landscaping company to clean up the mess—an expense that comes out of everyone’s pockets. That’s not just frustrating, it’s unfair.
We love that our community cares about its appearance. But if you see something that needs attention, please report it to the Management Committee. We’re here to help—and we’ll make sure it’s handled properly.
Let’s keep our neighborhood beautiful, safe, and respectful.
Thanks for doing your part.
