Big Blue Bug Solutions will be on our property spraying for pests on Thursday, July 11th beginning around 11am.

Effective immediately, all trash bins need to be placed either in garages or the backs of units. For health and safety, no trash bins can be placed in an entry way. Absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

If any bins are not moved with in 5-days, you will receive a fine for $50 which will continue until items are moved.

Trash bins may be stored on the side of buildings only during the winter months: December 1st to March 30th.
