Depending on weather, we will have a vendor onsite cleaning roofs and gutters beginning this Wednesday, July 9th.

Door-to-door soliciting – Fox Pest Control
We are aware of Fox Pest Control being on the grounds soliciting at a late hour. We have contacted the local branch and asked them to remove us from their solicitation list.
If they ring your doorbell, you may contact Smithfield Police as they are on private property.
Annual Meeting Recap and Reminders
Annual Meeting Recap
The annual meeting was held Wednesday, June 4. Our accountant reported that financially we are in good shape; however, our reserves are “light.” Reserves are important to lenders and insurers.
The Management Committee welcomed four new members: Stacey Barden; Alexandra Bessette; Sharon Charpentier; and Betsy Dreibelbis. Current members Chuck Boudreau, Rae Caloura, Jo-Ann Jefferson, and Sharon Ricci were reelected and will continue to serve with Pat Casey.
Summer-time Reminders
WIth the nicer weather, our community is out walking and children will be out of school soon. Remember the speed limit on our roads is 15 MPH.
Fire pits of any kind are not permitted.
Trash toters belong in garages or behind units until December 1.

The Annual Meeting of the Pheasant Ridge Condominium Association will be Wednesday, June 4th at 7pm at the Portuguese American Social Club on Fenwood Avenue.
The official notice of the meeting and ballot will be mailed per our Declaration.
