The Town of Smithfield Planning Board has a public meeting this Thursday, December 18 at 6pm at the Town Hall (second floor, Crepeau Hall). The planned housing development above us is on the agenda. Members of the Management Committee will be in attendance; if you are available to attend, we invite you to join us.
While we do not have any additional information, the Management Committee is concerned about the planned development’s impacts on our property.
The 2026 Pheasant Ridge budget has been mailed and should be received within the next couple of days. Please be expecting this in your mailbox.
On Monday, November 24, and Tuesday November 25, Horizon Landscaping will be on the grounds to complete the last fall cleanup which will include all backyards.
Please remove any items that could get damaged from the blowers as Horizon is not responsible.

Our paving vendor, Asphalt Engineering, will be on site Thursday 11/20 & Friday 11/21.
Paving preparation work is scheduled to start late morning on Thursday. It will continue into Friday with the paving repairs. Please be aware of your surroundings and drive safely through the complex.
