The Annual Meeting of the Pheasant Ridge Condominium Association will be Wednesday, June 4th at 7pm at the Portuguese American Social Club on Fenwood Avenue.

The official notice of the meeting and ballot will be mailed per our Declaration.

For all unit owners with rhododendrons in your back yards:

The arborist from Northeastern Tree came through our grounds last Thursday to check the shrubs again.  He stated they have not changed since last time.  He recommended leaving them, if not totally dead, until they go through the flowering cycle (June), then trim or remove as appropriate.

The Nominating Committee Report has been mailed to all owners. Please expect this to arrive in your mailbox over the next few days.

We were just informed that representatives from our insurance company will be on the Property on Wednesday, May 7th photographing our buildings (instead of May 9th). They will be entering our yards.
