Management Committee

This notice is advising all unit owners we received the petition from Mr. Al Rothman to keep the back gate open and we did our due diligence to research this possibility.  It has taken longer than we preferred, but we have formally mailed a letter of explanation as to why the petition will not warrant the gate to remain open to Mr. Rothman since the request originated with him. 

At this time, we are advising all unit owners we will be adding this topic to our Annual Meeting agenda for discussion and voting.  All unit owners will be receiving documentation regarding the back gate along with our financials for the annual meeting. 

Until then, we will follow the normal process of closing the gate on Friday, 5/10.  We appreciate your cooperation.

Big Blue Bug will be on-site spraying on Thursday, May 2nd between 11am-1pm.

As you all know and have seen, New England is experiencing record rainfall.  The Management Committee is well aware of drainage issues throughout the entire complex. 

We have developed a listing of all our problem areas and have determined this to be a major project needing to be addressed. The scope will include reviewing areas with an engineer, determining what is wrong and how it can be fixed, vetting vendors, getting estimates, and determining the costs of each repair. Then, the Committee must prioritize and determine how to pay for the work that must be done.  As you can see, this is extensive and will not be accomplished in a week or two; it may take months.  

Until the rain stops for a long time, we cannot do anything.  We ask for your patience and please know we will be addressing these issues accordingly.

Due to the winter storm, no on-street parking will be permitted Monday 2/12 @ 6pm through Wednesday 2/14 @ 6pm.

Updated: 2/12/24 @ 6pm: Trash pickup has been delayed by one day. If you have already placed your toters by the curb, please return them to your garage or the side of the building so the plows can clear our roads.
