Asphalt Engineering will be on-site tomorrow morning (Saturday) between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM to take additional measurements needed for their paving and repair estimate. This follow-up visit is necessary due to limited daylight during their previous assessment on Wednesday.
Owners are not expected to take any action, but we want you to be aware of their presence around the property during this time.

Betsy Dreibelbis and Sharon Radonis (committee members) will be walking the front and back of unit owners’ properties to do the annual yard inspections.

On Monday, July 21st, a forester will be walking the property (wooded areas) accompanied by a member of the Management Committee to gauge forest health and volume/values present with today’s market.

Big Blue Bug will be on the Property this Thursday, July 17th for spraying. This spraying is for ants, spiders, and other insects.
If you have animals, you may want to consider keeping them indoors.
Horizon Landscapers will be on our grounds beginning this Friday (depending on the weather) for several days.
