Unusually cold weather is expected to begin Friday afternoon and continue through the weekend, along with a potentially significant snowstorm anticipated Sunday into Monday. To help prevent frozen pipes and weather-related damage, please take the following precautions:
- Heat: Ensure your thermostat is set to at least 55°F at all times, even if you are away.
- Pipes: We recommend opening kitchen cabinet doors, especially those on exterior walls, to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.
- Outdoor Faucets: Please be sure that all exterior faucets are shut off using the interior shut-off valves inside your unit, and that the outside spigots are fully drained where applicable.
Parking Ban – Effective 6:00 AM Sunday through the end of the day Monday
To allow plow crews full access to the roads and properly manage the expected snowfall, a parking ban will be in effect during this period.
- Residents of multi-plex units must park only in their assigned parking spaces.
- Residents of duplexes must park in their driveways or garages.
- No parking is permitted on roadways or in guest parking areas during the ban.
Any vehicle left on the road or in guest parking areas may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep the community safe, accessible, and protected during this cold weather and storm.
