About our condominiums
Nestled amidst the countryside of Smithfield, RI, our self-managed condominium complex is the first country condominium complex in RI, situated on about 70-acres of mostly forested land. We offer a blend of nature and modern living, with a mixture of buildings in duplex, 4-plex, and 6-plex configurations. The buildings are surrounded by mature trees and we have a half-mile nature trail for leisurely walks through the woods.
We are just minutes from I-295, Douglas Pike (Rt. 7), Farnum Pike (Rt. 104), and Putnam Pike (Rt. 44).
